BAU Consultant Job Description

As a BAU Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to business stakeholders on Murex system implementation, configuration, and development.

Murex is a complex software system used by financial institutions for various aspects of their operations. Your role will involve working with different teams to gather requirements, document specifications, and analyze data to make informed recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise in Murex system implementation, configuration, and development
  • Coordinating with business stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirements
  • Analyzing data to make recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience
  • Following client SDLC lifecycle and documentation requirements
  • Supporting IT and business audits and technology risk assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of Murex system architecture and functionality
  • Proficient in Murex system configuration and development
  • Experience with data mart and database design
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
