Project Coordinator Role

A Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining project data, analyzing performance metrics, creating presentations and reports, and generating dashboards to track project progress.

About the Job:

  • Maintain and update project data in various management tools.
  • Analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, resources, and budget utilization.
  • Create clear, concise, and data-driven presentations and reports for management review.
  • Develop dashboards and visual insights to track project progress and identify trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting systems.
  • Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to present complex data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
