This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and collections via phone calls. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in RCM/DME.
- Ambitiously assess and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints over the telephone to ensure first point of contact resolution.
- Make informed decisions within established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing, and tracking inquiries, adhering to KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily customer interactions generated through workflows and queues on an account-wise basis.
- Meet key performance targets.
- Ensure efficiency measures meet performance targets and process guidelines.
- Utilize business tools and industry knowledge updates to identify problem areas and document business requirements through training sessions.
- Adhere to client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
- Maintain US healthcare compliance measures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Neutral accent and good adoption to US culture.
- Ability to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.
