- Optimize stock levels to minimize excess inventory and reduce waste.
- Communicate effectively with various production departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Provide detailed reports on production activities, including orders, deliveries, and inspections.
- Education: A degree in textile engineering, fashion merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of textile and garment manufacturing processes, pricing analysis, and project management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
