Product Owner

This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of product development and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA, as well as a strong technical background with experience in software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
  2. Work closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  3. Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  4. Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
  7. Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.
  8. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role in a technology / health care / FMCG company.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  4. Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
