Responsibilities:

We are seeking an exceptional AI software developer to lead our development of advanced AI models and systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven conversational agents and features that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

  • Develop and maintain AI-driven real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents
  • Build low-latency high-impact features that enhance user experiences
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines
  • Optimize AI systems for performance scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in API design
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Hands-on experience with large language models prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean maintainable and well-tested code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring observability and production debugging tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases

Preferred Qualifications:

We also welcome candidates with experience in:

  • Healthcare or financial services industry
  • Building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text voice and other inputs
