Lead QA Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Quality Assurance (QA) professional to oversee the inspection, testing, and quality assurance processes for castings and metal components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with third-party inspection agencies and on-site inspectors to ensure smooth execution of inspections as per schedule and client requirements;
  • Preparing and reviewing inspection reports (internal and third-party) to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards;
  • Developing and implementing Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) based on specific customer standards and project requirements;
  • Liaising with NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure technical collaboration and adherence to national/international testing standards;
  • Supervising and quality-checking during heat treatment of castings to ensure conformance to specifications;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, materials science, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on inspection, testing, and quality assurance;
  • Proven ability to coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and ensure compliance with quality standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality-related issues.
