Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance and has a strong ability to analyze data and provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting.
  • Manage budgeting processes and support cross-functional departmental budget planning.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
  • Timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C etc).
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and notices.
  • Timely and accurate income tax return filling.
  • Statutory and Tax audits, assessments, and timely responses.
  • Transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Filing forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (e.g, MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC etc).
  • Timely and accurate filing with RBI (e.g, FLA return, FC-TRS etc).
  • Maintain documentation for all FEMA-related transactions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Accurate accounting records maintenance.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g. NetSuite, Tally etc).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
