About the Role

As an experienced professional, you will be involved in the development of advanced power electronics systems, focusing on inverter hardware design and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement inverter architectural strategies for traction drives.
  • Design and develop detailed inverter hardware, considering component selection, performance, efficiency, and costs.
  • Evaluate and describe system architecture and customer equipment requirements.
  • Contribute to the Application Roadmap, providing technical expertise on motor control strategies and PWM switching profiles.

Requirements

  • Masters or PhD in Power Electronics or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in power electronics, with in-depth knowledge of inverter topologies and semiconductor technologies.
  • Expertise in electromagnetic compatibility and functional safety.
  • Strong understanding of complex systems consisting of mechanics, electronics, and software.
