About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Architect to lead our team in designing and developing cutting-edge power electronics-based power converters. As a Senior Hardware Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative hardware solutions that meet our high standards of performance, quality, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop embedded control boards (analog & digital) using Altium or similar tools.
- Select and specify microcontrollers, digital signal processors/controllers, FPGAs as needed.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, validation at board and system levels.
- Create fluent technical documentation, including product specifications, layout instructions, test procedures, etc.
- Work closely with firmware, software, and mechanical teams to achieve common goals.
- Participate in product design reviews and own hardware issues to provide solutions either in design or at production.

Requirements:
- BTech in Electronics & Communications.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in embedded hardware design, including experience on digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Expertise in power supply design, battery management, ADCs, memories, buffers, drivers, amplifiers, microcontroller design, and different hardware protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Altium, Allegro, Mentor Graphics PADs, and CAM350.
- Good knowledge of power electronics circuits design (thyristors, MOSFET, IGBT, solid-state switches, op-to-isolator, etc.).
- Proven track record of working with test lab equipment and simulation tools.
- Hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB review, circuit simulation.
- Design optimization techniques for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Good understanding of EMI/EMC and their impact on hardware.
- Experience developing design notes for designs and test cases for board bring-up.
