Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Associate/Sr. Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

You will be responsible for analyzing data across the marketing funnel using various dashboards and tools to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Additionally, you will conceptualize and create engaging video and static creatives for campaigns, and develop and execute unconventional growth hacking strategies to increase traction and user acquisition.

Requirements:
  • B.Tech degree from a top institute
  • Excellent numerical ability and strong data analysis skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data-driven role such as digital marketing associate, marketing analyst, or business analyst
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling ad copies and create marketing videos
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
