Job Role:

The role of a BPO Manager involves overseeing the process of obtaining Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for financial institutions. This position requires collaboration with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents
  • Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports

Skill Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in international voice processes
