Project Coordinator Signage

  • Coordinate entire project lifecycle, encompassing LED/digital signage installations both indoors and outdoors.
  • Collaborate effectively with design, fabrication, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Prepare comprehensive site readiness checklists detailing power/network requirements and mounting guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized installation procedures, strict safety protocols, and high-quality benchmarks.
  • Handle pre-dispatch inspections, thorough equipment testing, and site-wise deployment plans ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain detailed project trackers incorporating BOQs, GRNs, timelines, material consumption, and snag reports for informed decision-making.
  • Support field teams by providing relevant drawings, configurations, content scheduling, and troubleshooting expertise.
Post-Installation Support & Maintenance
  • Act as a liaison between clients and service teams to resolve post-installation queries and issues.
  • Coordinate scheduled visits from AMC teams, replace faulty LED modules, conduct remote diagnostics, and implement firmware updates.
  • Track performance metrics including uptime, resolution turnaround times, and customer escalations for continuous improvement.
  • Document all service logs, issue reports, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor ticketing systems, assign tasks to local technicians, and ensure prompt closure.
  • Follow up on warranty claims, manage spare part logistics, and maintain accurate service documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Compile and maintain comprehensive site handover kits, completion reports, and installation photos for record-keeping.
  • Update project dashboards and generate regular client-facing status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation (SLA agreements, AMCs, payment milestones) is aligned, updated, and easily accessible.
  • Support the finance team in billing triggers tied to completion milestones for efficient financial management.
  • Maintain escalation logs and service history for data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide MIS and compliance reporting support as required to meet regulatory standards.

  • Profound knowledge of LED signage, digital displays, and related controllers.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, standard installation procedures, and basic electrical/networking principles.
