Job Title: Import Export Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Import Export Executive to join our team at SFS Group India Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing export and import procedures and documentations, as well as supporting the Indirect Tax function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission, focusing on better management reporting and information flow.
  • Maintain documents for various activities handled for Bank, customs, and DGFT related matters.
  • Coordinate and liaison with Bank, Consultants, Customs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve queries related to Bank documentation on a daily basis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports and returns.
  • Prepare and review Export Promotion License applications, including RoDTEP, MOOWR, etc.
  • Assist in replies related to customs and DGFT matters.
  • Issue E-BRC.
  • Perform due diligence of Import & Export procedures and applicability to items, getting updated on changes in policies, notifications, trade notices, and percolate the knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years' experience in Exim department or Trade finance or Indirect Tax department.
  • Well-versed with import and export laws and regulations, documentation, HSN classification, and RBI requirements, SEZ and EOU rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative.
  • End User Knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English (Reading, writing, and speaking) is a MUST - Should be able to communicate well verbally and written with cross-border stakeholders.
Qualification:

Graduate/Post-Graduate - Import-Export trade education will be an added advantage.
