Job Opportunity

Financial Operations Leadership Role is available in a US-based retail brokerage firm.

  • Lead delivery of Finance & Accounting services for R2R, I2C, and P2P processes.
  • Manage a team of 70–150 F&A professionals across multiple locations.

Transform financial operations by leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvements to drive client satisfaction and employee development.

Requirements:
  1. Chartered Accountant preferred or commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputed institution.
  2. 10+ years experience in Finance & Accounting operations with hands-on experience in R2R, P2P, and I2C.
  3. Demonstrated leadership in managing F&A teams and international stakeholder management.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Experience in Financial Services, Retail Brokerage, or BPO/consulting firms handling large-scale F&A portfolios.
  • Prior experience in handling high-compliance environments for US-based clients.

This challenging role requires balancing operational precision with transformation agility while leading cross-border F&A teams through the lens of a CFO.
