Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee the collection process, ensuring timely payments from customers.

  • The ideal candidate will develop effective debt collection strategies, monitor accounts for overdue payments, and determine necessary actions.
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer disputes, coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment inquiries, and maintain accurate records of collection activities.

This position requires strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and trends.

Requirements
  • CA/CS certification
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably supervisory or managerial role

Please note that this is a highly specialized role requiring a deep understanding of financial concepts and excellent interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing credit policies to minimize late payments or non-payment risk.
