Senior Architectural Visualizer - Immersive Experiences

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualizer to create engaging, photorealistic architectural walkthroughs and immersive visual experiences that bring designs to life. The ideal candidate should have expertise in 3D visualization, animation, and real-time rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality architectural walkthroughs using 3DS Max to showcase building projects.

2. Create seamless, immersive animations that highlight architectural features, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.

3. Optimize 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials for high-performance rendering to ensure smooth visual output.

4. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and ensure accurate visual representation.

5. Conduct quality control to ensure all visuals meet high aesthetic and technical standards before client presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in 3DS Max, Corona Renderer (Photorealistic Rendering), and other relevant software tools.

Experience in creating high-quality architectural walkthroughs and flythroughs, as well as in lighting, shading, and texturing for realistic visual output.

PBR Materials and HDRI-based lighting expertise.
