Senior Architect Position

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design of architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design-focused architecture and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, as well as spearheading design-thinking initiatives and integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
  • Innovative Design Thinking: Foster creativity and innovation in architectural projects, surpassing traditional drafting methods.
  • Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and development of design concepts, ensuring seamless integration of artistic and creative elements.
  • Working & Detailed Drawing Expertise: Execute precise Working & Detailed Drawings, guaranteeing project compliance and design integrity.
  • Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture: Must hold a degree from an accredited institution.
  • Design Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, with the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Creativity and Presentation: Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional Design Software: Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
  • Design Project Experience: Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.
