Travel Support Agent Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • We resolve issues promptly by communicating effectively with drivers and fleets.
  • Ensuring high service standards is paramount.
  • We confirm ride completion and apply changes as needed or request drivers to do so.
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions ensures consistency and follow-up.
  • We build strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Customer support is at the forefront of our operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Tourism & Travel or Ground Transportation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience or similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills are essential.
  • Effective problem-solving is crucial.
  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • We require full-time availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Time management and prioritization are vital.
  • A fast-paced work environment is expected.
  • Attention to detail is necessary.
