Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive engineering plans for land development projects based on their technical calculations and thorough research conducted.

They should have experience with AutoCAD and possess strong design skills to create visual aids that enhance project understanding.

The selected candidate will work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs, prepare detailed Bills of Quantity, Project Estimates, and Tender Documents and Specifications based on drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Budgeting: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity
  • Estimating: Prepare Project Estimate
  • Tendering: Prepare Tender Documents and Specifications based on Drawing
  • Quality Control: Check Work Onsite as per Drawing
  • Progress Monitoring: Check Site Progress Physically and Financially
  • Maintenance: Check Quality of Material & Workmanship
  • Reporting: Daily Reporting, Communication with Client and Site Engineers
  • Verification: Cross Check Drawing with Architecture and other technical aspects
  • Documentation: Weekly / Monthly Report Preparation & Presentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in a civil related company or fresher can apply

Key Qualifications:

  • Ready for site visits
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and English language
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
