About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential system issues early and implementing preventive measures to boost system resilience.

  • System Reliability: Implement robust solutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Automation: Develop tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Problem-Solving: Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Performance Optimization: Apply programming and scripting expertise (Python, Bash, etc.) to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentorship and Growth: Share knowledge with peers, champion best practices, and push for innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
