Key Responsibilities:
  • Help define, drive, and implement a comprehensive SRE strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Promote an "Automate-first" culture in operating services through reducing manual interventions.
  • Develop methodologies and strategies for identifying inefficient processes and automating their elimination.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop metrics that enhance quality and optimize delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services.
  • Design and implement monitoring strategies that provide real-time insights into system performance.
  • Lead architectural reviews to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement from incident analysis.

You will play a key role as a VP – Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at our company, shaping the SRE function and being a founding member of the Group SRE team.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience as a SRE practitioner with 5+ years' working experience in an SRE role.
  • Practical experience defining and implementing Service Level Objectives and operating within error budgets.
  • Experience in cloud platforms and corporate software development lifecycle methodology is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of all critical Production Support processes.
