Marketing Professional

This role requires a motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Marketing Associate. In this position, you will support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns.

  • Support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns by working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate directly with premium tourism boards, attractions, and global partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure across marketing, partnerships, and campaign strategy to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

You will also be responsible for building persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI, tracking destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.

This position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.

Success in the First 90 Days:

  • Deliver 2–3 live marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly "Destination & Trends" memo for the Alliances team.
