  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence for large corporate customers, including listed and unlisted companies.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, business model review, and management risk assessment to ensure optimal investment decisions.
  • Develop and analyze cash flow-based Excel models to assess working capital and cash flows, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.
  • Review annual reports, borrower and promoter backgrounds, and term sheets/sanction letters to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review customers and provide expert guidance on analysis and decision-making.
  • Assign internal ratings to customers and prepare recommendation notes for senior-level management.
  • Stay updated on industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and bank policies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

  • Monitor delinquency, exceptions, portfolio movement, and maintain required data for senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA from a reputable institute, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in credit evaluation in a bank (not NBFC), showcasing expertise in financial analysis and market knowledge.
  • Credit evaluation experience in any bank, with a proven track record of successful credit appraisals.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and industry segments, enabling effective decision-making.
