Sr Manager MERN Stack Opportunity

The Sr Manager MERN Stack will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-7 software engineers in designing, developing and deploying scalable web applications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of overall experience in software engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in team handling and leadership.
  • Hands-on experience in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of web application security, scalability and performance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
