Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MERN Stack development, with expertise in Next.js and Nest.js.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, including mid-level developers, juniors, and interns, ensuring their growth and productivity. They will also lead sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups, providing technical direction and mentorship as needed.

The Team Lead will work closely with project management to ensure timelines, priorities, and goals are aligned. They will also develop and maintain web applications using Core/Advance JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in MERN stack development
  • Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end development principles
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining APIs using Node.js
  • Solid knowledge of React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or Context API
  • Familiarity with Next.js features like SSR, SSG, and API routes
  • Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team leading skills

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
