Job Title: Compensation Specialist

As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. Your primary focus will be on maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as ensuring that all payroll-related data is up-to-date and accurate.

  • We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should have experience working with payroll software and HRIS systems, and be familiar with local labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience (or as specified).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting changes.
