We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive life insurance sales through effective client engagement and field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, reference networks, and market activities
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
  • Explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolve their queries
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters for smooth policy processing
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Maintain timely records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • IRDAI certification preferred
  • Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales will be preferred
