Consulting Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in establishing our new consulting team within the life and health insurance industry. You will engage with pre-qualified leads, securing consultations for licensed agents across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.
  • Adhere to a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM following each call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking targets.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable engaging on the phone and handling objections.
  • A reliable internet connection, computer, and smartphone are essential.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
  • Prior experience in consulting, telemarketing, or customer service is beneficial.
