Job Title: US Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team as a US Accounting Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Process payroll for US-based clients in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close procedures.
- Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports.
- Communicate with US teams to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
- Support tax filings and compliance documentation as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in US accounting and payroll (preferred).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and payroll compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across time zones.
