Health Transformation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Health Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating personalized meal plans that address the underlying causes of clients' health issues.

Our goal is to help people achieve optimal health and wellbeing through sustainable lifestyle practices. You'll work closely with coaches to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.

  • Design Root-Cause Based Meal Plans: Create customized plans that address the underlying causes of clients' health issues.
  • Support Client Consultations: Work closely with coaches to assess client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Client Success Management: Take ownership of clients' success by tracking progress, providing follow-ups, and conducting regular reviews.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with doctors, health coaches, and experts to deliver measurable transformations and share knowledge to improve overall health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education & Certification: B.Sc or M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fields, or Certified Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian with proven experience.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in client nutrition planning, preferably with exposure to metabolic or lifestyle disorders.
  • Passion for Root-Cause Health: A genuine passion for addressing the underlying causes of health issues rather than quick fixes.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and work as part of a remote team.
