Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collect feedback from team members and stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Mentor and motivate student workforce members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in managing operations teams or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics and achieve high-quality results.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and unstructured environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining a high level of ownership.
  • Relevant educational qualifications and certification in a related field.
