Business Operations Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to spearhead business operations from scratch. As the Business Operations Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration and process optimization across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Oversee the development and implementation of robust data management systems, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Execution Ownership: Assume ownership of on-ground business execution, working closely with senior leaders and functional teams to drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships between functional teams and leadership, facilitating open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Process Building and Productization: Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • New Market Launches: Play a key role in new market launches, serving as a subject matter expert for on-ground operations during the initial launch period.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of work experience in sales and program management, preferably with retail distribution/sales or BFSI experience.
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data analysis and dashboarding are mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and build new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
