Job Description

As a seasoned Design for Test (DFT) expert, you will be responsible for leading the DFT efforts of complex digital designs. Your expertise in developing and implementing DFT strategies will ensure high-quality test results.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, MBIST insertion, and memory test validation.

You will also be responsible for expertise in test mode timing constraints definition, scripting languages such as perl and shell, RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors, equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in DFT, preferably in an international team environment
  • Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition, scripting languages, RTL and gate-level simulations, equivalence check, and DFT DRC rules
  • Working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus
