Job Title: SAP CRM Technical Consultant Expert

About the Role:

ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP CRM technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • SAP CRM System Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure and customize SAP CRM modules: SAP Interaction Center (IC), SAP Marketing, SAP Sales, SAP Service, and SAP CRM WebClient.
  • Develop custom enhancements and modifications: Ensure they align with business needs and processes.
  • ABAP Development and Enhancements:
  • Design and develop custom ABAP reports: Function modules, user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs specific to SAP CRM.
  • Implement custom code for SAP CRM applications: Adhere to SAP development standards.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot ABAP code: High performance and efficient system behavior.
  • Integration and Data Exchange:
  • Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP systems: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP C4C, using middleware like SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDOCs, and web services.
  • Ensure smooth data transfer and synchronization: Master data, transactional data, and service-related information between SAP CRM and other systems.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing technical support: Resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and integration.
  • Work on incident management and problem resolution: Timely delivery of solutions and minimal business disruption.
  • Perform regular system checks and diagnostics: Identify potential issues and take preventive measures.
  • Upgrades, Patches, and Maintenance:
  • Assist in planning and execution of SAP CRM system upgrades: Ensure compatibility with new system versions and patches.
  • Monitor and test new releases: Potential impacts on existing customizations and integrations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation: Developments, configurations, and integrations.
  • Document system customizations: Technical designs, deployment procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity for future troubleshooting and updates.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports: Management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with functional SAP CRM consultants: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Service, to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.
  • Engage with external vendors and partners: Resolve complex integration or customization issues.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with latest SAP CRM features: Technologies, best practices.
  • Propose solutions for improving system performance: User experience, functionality.
  • Drive innovation by suggesting enhancements: Improve business processes, provide greater value to the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM, including technical configuration, ABAP development, and system integration.
  • Solid understanding of SAP CRM modules: SAP Sales, Marketing, Service, and Interaction Center (IC).
  • Strong experience in ABAP development: Reports, function modules, user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs.
  • Experience with SAP integration technologies: SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, and web services.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI development: A plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA integration for CRM applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 for CRM-related UI development.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills: Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of SAP CRM architecture and system landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills: Work effectively in a collaborative environment.
