We are seeking a skilled customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to our clients as a Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide fast and effective solutions to resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in a CRM system, utilizing tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction through data analysis and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Empathy and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset, but not a requirement.
