The Area General Manager plays a pivotal role in propelling Livspace's franchise network expansion across designated regions. With a keen focus on strategic market identification, this visionary leader will spearhead the successful onboarding of franchise partners.

- Collaborate with regional managers to pinpoint high-potential cities for Livspace franchise growth.
- Conduct exhaustive market research to analyze building material data and identify key growth opportunities.
**Team Management & Collaboration:**
- Lead a team of assigned members to collect, analyze, and convert leads from potential franchise areas.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with Livspace's franchise selection criteria.
**Franchise Onboarding & Meetings:**
- Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that meet Livspace's stringent standards.
- Oversee scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested franchise prospects.
**Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:**
- Plan and execute regular visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and nurture relationships.
- Personally pitch Livspace's franchise model to potential partners, driving interest and conversion.
**Performance Management:**
- Achieve franchise onboarding targets and consistently meet or exceed set KPIs.
- Regularly monitor franchise progress and take corrective actions to overcome challenges in franchise conversion.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
