Middleware Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize a suite of middleware products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Middle ware Administration

- Install, configure, and maintain middleware components:
- SOA Suite (Service-Oriented Architecture)
- OSB (Oracle Service Bus)
- BPM (Business Process Management)
- ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
- OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)
- OAS (Oracle Analytics Server)
- OEDQ (Oracle Enterprise Data Quality)
- Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates.
- Manage domain configurations, clusters, and high availability setups.

  • Performance Monitoring & Tuning

- Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Tune JVM parameters, data sources, and connection pools.
- Analyse logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Deployment & Integration

- Manage deployment of composites, services, and applications across environments.
- Integrate middleware with databases, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Apps), and third-party tools.
- Automate deployment processes using WLST, ANT, or scripting tools.

  • Security & Compliance

- Configure SSL, identity management, and access control.
- Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage user roles and permissions across middleware components.

  • Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
- Participate in DR drills and ensure business continuity.
