About the Role

As a visionary product designer, you will shape the future of AI-driven solutions and define strategies for integrating new features into our platform.

This role offers an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, supervise and mentor junior designers, while contributing to the development of best-in-class products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design Strategy: Develop user-centered design principles and methodologies to ensure flawless execution.
  • User Research: Conduct data analysis and synthesis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Design Systems: Create frameworks and patterns for consistent visualization approaches across feature areas.
  • Mentorship: Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment by mentoring and partnering with junior designers.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, with experience designing AI products.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking, connecting individual data visualizations to create a coherent end-to-end experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders.
