As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a group of Team Leads and associates to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for various functions within the department.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager for Telecom processes and possess excellent analytical and logical skills, along with good knowledge of MS Office. A positive attitude, flexibility to work in shifts, and confidence are also essential qualities for this role.

You will be responsible for supervising daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, driving customer experience metrics, and meeting key SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will coordinate activities with the manager, provide recommendations for process improvements, and collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Team Leads and associates to meet all SLA's relative to any and all functions in the Department
  • Maintain accurate and timely production reports
  • Drive customer satisfaction metrics
  • Meet all key SLAs and KPIs
  • Coordinate activities of the department with the manager to include workflow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting and special projects
  • Provide actionable recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients
  • Collaborate with other internal support teams to ensure efficient production by the operations team
