About M365 Copilot

M365 Copilot is a platform that harnesses the power of generative AI through foundational large language models. This allows businesses to augment their workflows and create spectacular AI scenarios. The platform is designed as an extensibility platform, enabling customers to create custom skills and organizational-specific knowledge.

Your Role

As a Product Manager II in the M365 Copilot Platform Ecosystem team, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative AI agents on the M365 Copilot extensibility platform. You will work closely with engineering teams and strategic customers to deliver high-quality, sticky, and transformative Copilot agents for use by millions of end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence internal and customer stakeholders without authority to drive the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for multiple customer and partner-built agents.
  • Own and drive the responsibility for partner and customer impact, developer experience, adoption growth strategy, and business impact/ROI to support the next wave of growth for Copilot agents.
  • Pursue the latest AI frontiers, including autonomous agents, agentic AI systems, deep research, reasoning, multi-agent frameworks, complex data reasoning, model fine-tuning, and agentic UX.
Requirements
  • A hands-on builder who advocates for generative AI-led transformation.
  • An agent boss who regularly utilizes generative AI and agents in daily activities.
  • A learn-it-all mindset rather than know-it-all attitude.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainties associated with transformative, time-sensitive, ROI-driven engagements with customers.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, frameworks, and stacks such as Replit, Cursor, LangChain, n8n, LllamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI APIs, Auto-GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, GitHub Copilot, Bolt, Lovable, Claude, etc.
