AI Strategy Expert Job Description

As an AI strategy expert, you'll be part of our team, driving the adoption of innovations like AI Gigafactory across service lines.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex finance and accounting blueprints with many countries/regions in scope.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving business cases for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for sales cycles.
  • Implement plans and support transition once Genpact has been down selected.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework.
  • Focus on managing project engagement balancing organization profit and long-term client opportunity.
  • Coordinate with teams on various project management-related activities.
  • Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/Operations SMEs.
  • Develop Genpact product offering in line with industry changes.
  • Work closely with Global counterparts from all regions to attain standardization and improvement in product offering.
  • Lead Digital SEP projects implementation.
  • Keep current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry-specific policies and regulations.
  • Perform regular evaluations of team members' performance, identify training requirements.
