Tour Operator Customer Service Professional

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, guiding customers on our tours, and assisting them with tourist visa queries.
The role involves clear communication, patience, and a passion for the travel industry. If you have excellent communication skills in English, Tamil or Telugu, and basic knowledge of tours, flights, and visas, we encourage you to apply.
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain details of our group tours, itineraries, costs, and inclusions.
- Guide customers with information on tourist visa requirements and documentation.
- Provide end-to-end assistance to customers for their travel needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tour managers & visa team) for smooth operations.
Good communication skills, patience, and a passion for the travel industry are essential for this role. Prior experience in travel/visa/customer service is a plus. We also require basic computer skills, including email, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM handling.
