Strategic Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain initiatives for electronic and electrical systems. This role involves driving strategic sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality, cost, and technology advantages.

About the Role
  • Leverage expertise in electronics manufacturing processes to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to inform procurement decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal contracts and terms.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and track key metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing processes, with a focus on strategic sourcing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving NPI and HVM initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information effectively.
