Job Description

As a QA Testing Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our test strategy and plan, including test preparation, execution, analysis, and reporting activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our software applications meet the highest quality standards by identifying defects and providing accurate recording of metrics and KPI information.

Additionally, you will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of specific streams of work and provide guidance by example. You will also act as an escalation point for QA Testers and Analysts, offering support and expertise in resolving complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in IT projects, preferably with Asset Management Business Applications and Processes. Strong hands-on experience with manual and automation testing methodologies and Software Testing life cycle is essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in tools like JIRA and HP-ALM and understand automation frameworks like Jenkins and TeamCity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of software testing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Ability to write Test Cases for End-to-End Asset Management business process flows involving integration of different Applications
  • Experience with industry-leading applications like BRS-Aladdin and SimCorp Dimension
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
