Job Title: Reservation Manager

About Us:

We are a dynamic hospitality company looking for an experienced reservation expert to join our team. As a Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations across various channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
2. Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, maintaining a professional tone and providing excellent customer service.
3. Verify property listings, updating rates, availability, and content to ensure consistency across all channels.
4. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents to streamline the reservation process.
5. Review guest communication for tone and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.
6. Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests.
7. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.) and PMS.
4. Excellent communication skills (English; other languages an asset).
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
