The Ecommerce Logistics Executive will oversee the transportation and logistics operations related to Marketplace shipments. This role involves close coordination with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of Shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and schedule shipments and adhere to Marketplace/Qcommerce shipping guidelines, including packaging, labelling, and product compliance.
  • Monitor shipment status and address any delays, rejections, or issues with warehouses.
  • Work closely with 3PL providers, carriers, and freight forwarders to arrange and optimize shipments.
  • Negotiate rates and agreements with transport providers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with shipping and logistics partners for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to track inventory levels, plan shipments, and manage stock movement.
  • Ensure proper stock allocation and shipping priorities to avoid overstock or stockouts at fulfillment centers.
  • Handle shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and partners in a fast-paced environment.
