Job Title: Finance Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Finance Team Lead, responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with taxation laws and GST regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, taxation, and financial modeling, with hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure statutory, internal, and tax audits are completed efficiently.
  • Preparing detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to inform business decisions.
  • Managing Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
