Our ideal candidate is someone who can transform brand strategy into compelling email content. If you enjoy designing for direct-to-consumer brands, have a keen eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative ideas to life without making them feel generic, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Create visually appealing, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for e-commerce businesses.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into effective visual layouts.
  • Design reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution.
  • Offer suggestions for improvements in visual hierarchy, layout – not just execute.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the DTC space.

To succeed, you should have 2–8 years of experience in design – ideally for e-commerce businesses. You should also be proficient in Figma, understand layout, spacing, typography, and color. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and deliver high-quality results quickly.

Bonus qualifications include experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs, as well as creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms. It's even better if you care about performance, not just aesthetics.
