Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asset Management professional to join our team. This role requires advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. Strong accounting knowledge is also essential, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements.
A successful candidate will have an analytical mindset and be able to evaluate asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks. Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements is also crucial. Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team is vital.
This position requires strong project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively in a hybrid model.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Asset Management Analyst
- Experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus
